工作原理：

    电动机启动经皮带传动，带动搅拌轴及锯齿状的圆形分散盘，高速分散盘在容器内高速运转使液体呈滚动环状流，产生强旋涡，浆液表面粒子呈螺旋状下降到涡流底部，且分散盘边缘2.5-5mm处形成湍流区，浆料及粒子受到强烈剪切及冲击完成固液分散、充分溶解的效果；

该机为升降式高速分散机，升降方式有电动式升降、机械升降、及液压式升降，且后两款分散机可360度回转，这样可同时配置2~4个空器，能够短时间从一个容器转换到另一个容器里搅拌，大大的提高了生产效率；升降高度为1000~1800MM不等（型号越高，升降高度越高），还可按客户要求加工订制；
